Loved how the immaculate family room with breakfast was arranged when we arrived. It was nice to have an electric kettle, central heating and an iron. Food was well presented, staff was kind.

Spotless room and staff is always extraordinarily friendly and unfailingly friendly.
It's an absolutely brilliant place, tidy. It offers good and stunning location just off the central harbour area, the center, which is very beautiful and the centre of Stornaway. Again, Stornoway Harbour is easily reachable.

I had a fantastic stay! The breakfast was the best I've ever had, with a delightful selection of smoked salmon and haggis. I also loved the cozy guest lounge where I enjoyed a delicious pizza, which truly made the experience special. I would definitely visit again!

The added bonus of a buffet breakfast with both continental and cooked-to-order options made my mornings brighter.

The room was clean and cozy, made my mornings that much better. The breakfast was generous and featured a great variety. I loved the full Scottish spread. The staff stood out, always friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. One downside was the inconsistent water temperatures in the shower. The good vibes from the staff and the fine location made up for the minor hiccup in the shower. Parking was convenient, just outside, and close to the ferry terminal.

We loved visiting the local museum and checking out the beautiful coastline. Breakfast was a highlight with a good buffet and cooked options. Clean and comfy rooms. Pro tip, the parking is handy, and it's close to all attractions.
One downside was the inconsistent water temperatures in the shower, tough to enjoy a good rinse after a long day out.

The staff were super friendly and let us check in early after a tough ferry ride. The room was clean and decently comfy, with a view of the harbor and castle, nice. Breakfast was delish and it was cool that it started so early, perfect for catching the ferry back! The location was spot on, just a few mins walk to the ferry terminal.
only a couple of things, like the room could be a bit bigger and there was no hand soap or extra toiletries in the bathroom.
